Stream Package 1
2 cam, 1 hr live ceremony stream = $595
Includes:
- Your choice of fixed position cameras or “roaming” anywhere needed
- 30 mins viewer login time before event start, and One hour of stream time included (data)
- Two camera video switched stream - wide & closeup shots from one position
- 720p resolution
- Direct audio and ambient sound mixed together (various sources)
- Video host for viewing, and guestbook or chat
- Download of stream & replay after event available
- Battery powered for outdoor locations
- NOTE - (this option is only available as a single service outside of peak season June to Aug months)

4 cam, 2 hr live ceremony stream = $895
Includes:
- Up to Two hours of stream time included (data), and 30 mins viewer pre event login time
- Four camera / media source angles, “live switched”
- Movie file and photo playback “pre-show” ability
- Stream can be paused and resumed to match event activity
- 720p resolution
- Direct audio and ambient sound mixed together (various sources)
- Video host for viewing, and guestbook or chat
- Preliminary welcome video option (you supply in advance)
- Download of stream & replay after event available
- Battery powered for outdoor locations

- Add 4hr Reception coverage to this option for = $595

Stream Package 3 - Advanced (Wireless, remote controlled cameras)
9 cam, 2hr live ceremony stream = $1195
- This option is the best choice for indoor church ceremonies
Includes:
- Up to Two hours of stream time (data) included, and 30 mins pre event viewer login time
- A different camera system type from other options for 360 coverage from nine positions which can be changed live to follow action or get best framing
- Non-Invasive, Remote controlled Wireless PTZ cameras (pan tilt zoom)
- Stream can be paused and resumed to match event activity
- Full graphics, video playback, Titles & other media as part of the stream
- Movie file and photo playback “pre-show” ability
- 720p resolution
- Direct audio & ambient sound mixed together (various sources)
- Video host for viewing, & guestbook or chat
- Download of stream & replay after event available
- Battery powered for outdoor ceremony
NOTE: (weather permitting) We will substitute “Stream Package 2” and its reduced price if the weather is to be 20 degrees and over when filming outdoors. Different camera types are used in very hot weather.

Stream Package 4 - Two way interactive stream
(Multi-camera zoom & Projection)
- $995 plus choice of virtual guest length (see below)
Description:
- You and your guests can interact while being streamed and recorded as part of the overall program - Hybrid Conference style.
Virtual speakers can take part in your ceremony, and or be part of the head table as speakers!

This video demonstrates a NINE camera live streaming video shoot and 2 separate audio mixes for audience and recording.
You can have full "TV" style recordings and live streams of your Ceremony & Reception! There is no reason not to document your wedding and share it around the world... For much less than a standard single videographer or photographer!

Here is a quick example of the technical setup for a the above 9 camera shoot. Hastily documented while getting things ready and wedding about to begin!
VideoTekk has a variety of ways of going about this and different camera types: It all depends on what the situation needs as to what we use and how we go about it.
This Bride (and family) really knew how to take best advantage of having a live stream to involve all of their family... It helped make the wedding even more of an "event" than normal for all of them... Which they all talk about right from the start. Family (whether present or watching remotely), were actively talking back and forth as things happened via online guestbook: So everyone including the viewers were really involved in the moment...
I want to point out this stream is a great example of how you can definitely get a lot of personal touches in, and really get a video which realistically conveys the spirit of the day and what people are feeling... Far more than a "slickly" produced, "Typical Slo-Mo" Wedding Video that runs barely 7 minutes from regular Videographers, which is several times more money, and you have to wait 2-3 months to receive!
As mentioned, this family really made the most of it: They had planned on some activities and introductions before the actual ceremony (which everyone is free to do if they wish) or after. If you watch this whole video, you will see the guests present being introduced to their viewers... Then there is a fun bit of chatter with the Father of the bride and the "star" officiant (former Calgary Boxer Willie DeWitt) and a walkaround the ceremony site with a few encounters. It is all very amusing, and great for some of the people who obviously could not have otherwise met their distant relatives to get a few wishes in back and forth. Finally the ceremony itself, with some really cute personal vows written... And "almost" stealing the show, Mother of the bride is a real character and knows how to talk it up! Hilarious stories from her! We finish off with a look at everyone present and the goodbyes... not the least of which was accompanied by a great big dog hot on everyone's heels... Just love it!

A SINGLE "Roaming" camera live stream & recording example
Another Live Streamed Wedding example! This time with just a single camera! Most of the Live Streams VideoTekk does involves multiple cameras... But our default starting place is with a single camera. Although more perspectives are always better in many ways, you can still receive a well documented live event with a single camera... In the right knowledgable hands! See the quality results here to see the difference between this and more elaborate options.

This video shows pre and post Wedding Ceremony shots with the guests there... Something we try to do to give context and atmosphere to the video, as well as allow people the chance to say "Hello" to the remote viewers that they know are watching, or just to give everyone a chance to see "Uncle Joe" again for the first time in years!
