We give you the ability to do so and save $$ while retaining high quality sound with professional gear! Setup and takedown included!

Package includes:

​

  • We deliver, set-up (1 hour prior to the start), & take down immediately after

  • This option gives you up to FOUR HOURS. If you need more time, you can add it at $75hr

  • You provide the music on your own device(s)

  • Audio Cables to connect your devices are included (various sorts like 1/8 to dual RCA, etc). You supply any specific USB / computer type cables.

  • We rent the same High Quality gear we normally use at our regular priced DJ events

  • Full range speakers with Subwoofers for Maximum impact (always). Many DJ’s do not even give this with their full packages!

  • Mixer and 1 wired microphones for DJ announcements included

  • 2 automatic, beat detecting, “color wash” dance lights - easy “set and forget” operation

​NOTE:

​

  • 50% percent deposit

  • The balance is due when we arrive to setup

  • Usage time is calculated from official start time of event

  • Setup in Calgary is free. Travel to setup outside Calgary is extra, .41cents a km (calculated both ways). Example: Canmore is $94, Banff is $105, Red Deer is $120, Lethbridge is $174 

  • If there is damage / loss, you are responsible for repair / replacement costs

  • Should you require Wifi for music, you must ensure the venue provides it or there is a $50 charge for "roaming" internet provided.

Options

  • Need more mics? Add 2 wireless microphones $75

  • Need more time or earlier setup? Add $75hr

  • “Double up” on room filling, beat syncing “color wash” lighting for $100

  • Internet for streaming can be provided at $75 should the facility not have access
