So you have two choices, and I am dividing it up into “good / lower budget" and “full / vivid” choices.

 

 

Starting with “good / lower budget”:

 

- 10 par lights under the head table. This is guessing that there might be “less” people at the table (about 10). Table skirt obviously needing to be white to show through. This would be a single static colour.  $150

 

- 2 LED bar lights placed on the head table back wall “collums” $100

 

- 4 LED bar lights on stands along the right (entrance) wall covering the ceiling sections $200

 

Choice 1 uplighting total = $450

 

 

 

“Full / Vivid” option

 

- 15 par lights under the head table assuming there are a few “more”, so adding a few lights to make up for additional table length . Table skirt obviously needing to be white to show through. This would be a single static color $200

 

- 3 LED bar lights placed on the head table back wall “collums” $150

 

- 6 to 8 LED bar lights on stands along both lengthwise walls covering the ceiling sections $300 - 400

(The head table area is covered by the 2-3 backdrop lights, so ones on the ceiling there are not needed). You could do a very bright / vivid job with 6 rather than the full 8… I would recommend 6 actually since the very rear wall area is not a focus, so not really needed). Since these lights are very bright, there would be plenty of reflection to make up for not having 2 more at the very end.

 

Choice 1 uplighting total = $650 - 750
